i choose the fighter class and axemaster class and didnt advance to tier 4 after beating the boss and give tinker scroll

For the axemaster - maybe he is the exception;
The fighter, well you're answer is right above...
So maybe you arent even tier 3 yet? Tier 4 works though for most classes so its hard to figure out your issue.

can you post screenshot of the ugly brown boss? maybe i get the wrong scroll

I think the boss is level 1800 and i dont have the map anymore so i cant take any screenshots

Someone took the time to make the image look fancy, lol.
Boss gives like 50+ levels if you kill it and you are level 1800-1900ish

so i killed the right boss. but still doesnt change job when i gave the scroll to tinker mechanic
