Frankly speaking, v5e is the latest version and you don't know what has been modified in v6c so I'll use the one in playdota forum.
It's incomplete
Loadscreen v5e was not changed.

Number, your version looks to be a fake versioned/cheated map of a fake versioned/cheated map. The .wts reads DotA v6.74c LoD v5|cFF800080f |r...which was a fake version made by me.

Same as Apple's map, except with an edited loading screen.
