I suggest you look at how others request for their title and content.
Fix your title tag.
You also need to state what happens when you try to play it in SP, what kind of rawcode you want and tag for rawcode.

Thanks for the help, i hope i fixed it. I did request before but it has been a while since i have requested a map. I just got back to Warcraft, So sorry for the messiness.
