Grasp is like a hand, "I grasped him." Which means I grabbed him, it's a fancy way of saying grabbed. If you use it like grasps it would mean our hands. There's no other definition than that.

Though i'm sure you prolly already looked it up dekar incase you din't str8 form dictionary,
