Simply because JJCP name activator you can simply find it when searching jj2197 and replace that with your name.

U can learn making a name activator by making some cp or just rename the Nameactivator change it in to your name

learn jass or change the name activator in CP to your name

I think i did all the steps then when i restart the warcraft 3 i didnt work at all

You don't start straight into how to make it, unless you have learnt other programming languages.
Editing the name activator would be easy because its already in JJCP.
To start with, learn basics as following
1. Global declare, how to call a function.
2. Array, boolean, if statement, handling variable values and loop.
3. Natives.

Adding a name activator requires you to understand how a cheatpack activate cheat for the user.
An example would be JJCP had a force CHEATER,
and detect "-"
if you want to make a name activator you have to add that in.
Here's how it simply looks.
If it detects your name, then it will add you to group CHEATER in case of JJCP
It enables the detect of "-"
And thus it activates the cheat.
PS: (Just wrote whatever that came into my mind)

I assume it kicks you out of the map, it was due to trigger error.
Run a syntax check on jasscraft by pressing f9 after opening up the war3map.j
Then show what's the error here in a quote or screenshot

I can save war3map.j after using but this have too more errors so when i tried to start game at hacked map i can't saw list of players.
