Hello i want someone to rigg dbz tribute 9.,3 p14 fix

I want to have a command like -lvl in there so my hero becomes lvl 250
make it so all can have the same command or something XD

When i downloaded the other rigged version of this it was above 4mb and i couldent host it so please make this one less then 4 mb.
