Name-activated by muadem764.2773. I don't know about the string activator. It looks like it's in another language, or perhaps purposely uses invalid characters to throw off would-be-cheaters.

a guy on my server said it now made new activators with the arrow keys, it may be that?

It's name activated, i'm sure that.
About string activator it's not another language, it's symbol.
