how do i recover trigger/unit/imported files after deprotection

The chances of recovering triggers is slim, and that slim chance is only when the person optimizing the map didn't tick optimize script and delete object data etc. Which amounts to not much protection... The imported files should still be there, or you can always add them back in with a MPQ editor. Unit data should be in there as well unless xdep decided that it couldn't recover it and spat it out, or it was in slk form (just open it in microsoft excel/notepad++, it's much easier that way)
