Oh you're asking HOW TO find the activator.
Open the file in mpqmaster
open the war3map.j in jasscraft
search the globals if you have seen some commonly used cheatpack variables or gamecaches, like KeyBindings.w3v or FaiCpVer4.3c those are easily spotted.
then once you know what cheatpack it is, just find the activator for the cheatpack, if its jjcp search for Activator, if it's faicp search for vfai_col7[12]
