[Request] Tutorial for how to get full listfile of a map

anybody please create this tutorial, i tried http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xapBxbpC ... e=youtu.be but i still can't get full listfile of the map, and also how to get full listfile from a map that needed to rebuild MPQ
