you are wrong Bartimaues, adding straight Hp is possible, but with bonus system, here is the link for that:

It is in JJCP function -addhp

I want to add hp to a hero ... Can someone make me that command PLEASE :D ?

If you want a command/trigger to be made specificly for you, go to the triggering section. That is where all the help about triggers are about.
