I don't think you get all the 3 parts from the Converersion, you will get only the endglobals part.

It depends on the trigger, on how long and complicated you made it and how many variables (globals) you added by the world editor.
To get the full information you will need to extract the .j file so what I suggest you do is the following.

Open the .j file in any Notepad (recommend jasscraft)
Cut and paste on a different page/notepad the endglobals part you know for certain (this information was given to you by the world editor converter)
Use CTRL+F to find anything that is related to the variables and function names and copy them too to where you took them from.
It sounds a little bit complicated and long but if you don't know jass, this what happens.

If you want, you can post the .j file in a spoiler and the trigger conversion on a different spoiler and Ill try to do it for you (will be easier as I can just track down the way it goes)
