Can you tell me what is the usual way to get madara and ichigo? that might help alot.

by adding that codes
by activating first the activator then enabling the characters by using - madara (space)(space) or -ichigo(space)(space)
because in D.O.N, madara and ichigo can only be use only on random. if you were lucky you can get one of them
