I already have peripherals (mouse, keyboard, speakers, monitor)
I would like to don't click me a prebuilt computer. My budget is about $1000-$1500 and I want a windows 7 PC capable of running wc3

What Bart said.
Re-use the case, but a new power supply would be good. The connectors have a compression type fitting and once taken apart from components, they tend to not fit very well. Unless you take every compression fitting and tighten them up ever so slightly with a needle-nose plyer.
I priced some goodies out on memoryexpress.com (In calgary but may be near where you live too). $764.
16 GB ram is only usefull in a 64 bit OS.
This is just a quick sample what you can do. With this setup you should be able to get a 7.5 windows rating, which is pretty good. You could don't click me the latest and greatest $5000 computer and still not get over 9/10

is about what I'd say. They're about equivalent in real performance...so take your pick of either AMD or NVIDIA. I'd take AMD's, if only because I like XFX more than ASUS, (awesome customer support service, lifetime warranty). Also, AMD needs it more than NVIDIA.

Re: Need advice on computers
You dont need a prebuild PC. Just browse over here -> http://reddit.com/r/buildapc
It's got everything i needed to build my own PC. Good luck. How about some budget limit so we can suggest some builds?
Edit: lazy kids...

Re: Need advice on computers
Good lord, $1000-$1500 for a comp capable of running wc3? Might want to aim a bit higher there XD. But cmon! Should really assemble your own comp ;o. Can get such a better deal. I put together mine for around $300, and it can run every game that's out there now. Can even run 3D .
