Help on editing wc3 defaults (default send to)

how do you make the game defaults to send normal chats to observer mode w/o setting it manually in-game?

Changing it in World Editor, or changing your chat only?

In both cases I think it's impossible.

tnx for the quick reply... maybe what i'm gonna ask is not solely on warcraft game anymore but any1 tried the 3rd Party Customkeys.txt helper software called "WarKeys v1.20.0.0b" (w/c is the latest now) and if u click on "Inventory Remapper (AutoWarkey)" and then click on the tab called Hotkey Remapper there's "Send User Defined"



... so the first thing that comes in my mind was can custom keys generate to always make the default user defined as sent to Observer. I am just wondering how; I'm just new to editing Customkeys.txt or other warcraft default values.
