I don't know if the following has anything to do with the problem but when you start the map, the following messages appears:

Holy cow, someone who actually understands the rules on their first try? My congratulations, sir!

Here's your map. JJ's CP, activator is "-Gabriel", (without quotes), and map is singleplayer enabled. It'll say it's disabled at first, but it'll fix it as soon as or a little before picking your hero.

I don't know if the following has anything to do with the problem but when you start the map, the following messages appears:

Yes, it did, and it helped enabling singleplayer in a timely manner, so if you request SP in the future, please post any similar messages.
