i opened it to WE but i dont find any buildings,hero,creeps.. can someone explain to me why?

Deprotected can be opened in World Editor, if you want all the stuff on the map, that requires restoration, which is a very long and hard process and isn't done on this site. You might get someone to do it who's extremely good at this stuff, but likely would have to pay them to do it.
