Anyone know how to do the glitches for Dota LOD imba 2.3?

I'm aware of them, but I don't know how to do them. Can someone tell me.

For example, infinite stun hoof stomp/tether gives ms to enemies and drains the user/heart bugs to regenerate 200hp/sec

I think it's a hack though, try giving some link to it?

and im pretty sure big glitches like that were fixed lol
