I just don't want spoofers to think to look at the war3map.j to fix it, but think there's an issue with the map un-related to the fact they're spoofing my name. ^_^

I gave you an encoder on the other post, you can hide your nick/password using it. But as I said before, if the map can read it, so can we, it just takes a little bit more skill

Re: Script that auto-kicks a "spoofer"
I'm having some more trouble, finally found a system that'll work, tested it and so forth.
The script appears to "break" after I optimize the map?
All the text is missing, the menu is fucked up and has random words from the map that are un-related to my script and when the timer runs out it doesn't kick the player though the script works flawlessly before it's optimized by vexorian's map optimizer.
PM me if you want the map/script, I've noticed a few people I'm trying to hide my stuff from are leeches of wc3edit. ^_^

Re: Script that auto-kicks a "spoofer"
Sent you an answer - As for the topic.
You can always go further with the encoder, this is the most basic one, I can just make it have more mathematical changes etc... Not to mention I can just use variables for the encoder, or even worse, I can use variables that are held in gamecaches etc... There is an infinite amount of possibilities but again, if the map can read it, just follow the processes it goes and you will get the answer.

I've always been using a executefunc to cause a function to call itself to crash warcraft. call Player(-1) also works. Just have it check for localplayer.

look into preloading, you can save a verification code onto your computer that will only be loaded on that computer

That bug was definitely fixed a long time ago.

I think he has misunderstood the question. He's thinking of the current preload based save systems.UndeadxAssassin wrote:That bug was definitely fixed a long time ago.
