The -madara code's conditions aren't quoted at all, so we have no idea how to make it work.

As for the -ichigo code...yes, it looks like you *have* to be one of those names in order for it to work, but there are other conditions as well to be met, and they aren't quoted, so we have no idea what they are. And, also, I tested to see if the codes would work with one of the names, and they did not. So yeah, something else needs to be done.
