Icarus RPG

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get tier 4 heros on Icarus RPG and maybe some of the higher end -create things .. the games untranslated and i have tryed loading up the unprotected version of the map in the creator (first time ive tried doing this for a game) and it just crashes the creator

yeah its a craft thats different for every hero, i dont remember it tho i havent played it in so long
