[Help] how to deprotect FOC map

i new in this... i tried almost all guide but nothing seem to work
can someone show me step by step from the beginning

FOCs maps are spazzled. You need to use MPQ View to open the map.

I don't think FOC is spazzled.
It opens fine using WinMPQ.
