[REQUEST] Escape the volcano v3.86

For fulfilled maps that most likely don't work on the latest patch (1.24 or later).

[REQUEST] Escape the volcano v3.86

Post by Yakayoo »

I'm wondering if your can add a restart function or like 100 lives to this map?

It's a short maze game that I'm positive you'll want to play over and over again, but it gets annoying on how you have to remake every time you "failed to escape the volcano." You and others try to escape the volcano by sliding on sheets of ice that make you slide once you set foot on it. They're four volcanos to choose from and each unique in their own way.

You can add an option at the end of the game which askes restart the game? And then host or others can type in -yes or -no. You should probably give a warning that if you restart the game a lot it could get a bit laggy and that you should remake the game, because this game will be twice as hard with lag and delay etc....

sorry forgot to add a link

anyways, turns out you were wrong, I found a revival trigger in that map made by someone else, but, I guess it didn't work or was limited, anyways, I'm done!

You'll see when you all die you can type '-rs' or '-respawn' and your heros should respawn at the correct place on the map youre on... hope it works... (actually I did a little testing and it seemed ok.) enjoy!

THANK YOU Xantan!!! Gonna go test it out now :D
The respawn thing only works for host. The rest are left unless they are given control. Is this fixable? Thanks a bunch again!

I'm guessing you mean that when you say -rs/respawn that it only respawns the host... right?
Or only host can say -rs/respawn and work...?
either way yea, I'm pretty sure it can be fixed...
