i'm want speed in map x8 or x16 how do ?

Yes you can do that with cheat engine. Open up the program select the running war3 process and click on speed hack. Move the slider to the right and the game with be faster.

TFTL has a /speed command that will work when you're hosting and applies to all who joined your host as well.
