Dota 6.73b Compressing map size.[Help]

Hi Guys, i need some help with making dota 6.73b size smaller. Because ican't get the cheatpack working because it exceeds the limit(8mb) So i need a guide on how to make the map size smaller (for dota) with wc3 map optimizer. Or if there's anything better than this program.

There's another problem i'm facing now.
I optimized map using map optimizer ( already cheated) but now the cheatpack isn't working ( when i type the activator the cheatpack isn't activating.)

Well now i inserted the JJCP(the one which is said to work for 1.24e and other new patches, my current patch is 1.26a)
And The map (Dota 6.73b) was 7.88mb originaly and now it is 8.25. I tested it withouth using any shrinking method.
And it even isn't starting in single player. So whats wrong? :\ I have cheated many dota maps in the past. But now i can't seem to get it working.

Dota has anti-cheats.
Optimize the war3map.j file
insert cheat-pack
optimize again (if needed)
