Yeh night of the dead is the original before they spawned notd aftermath.
Some info:
1. The exp code goes to the scoreboard and gives you your rank.
2. You can save once only in the game. After that it won't let you.
3. There is a exp cap of 1500 or something. After you go over the limit, it will not allow you to save your code.
4. For medals, you spam mana and kill zombies to get medals. There are 2 types of medals. Kill medals, and support medals. Kill medals like navy cross you only need to kill and reach a certain number to get them. Whereas support medal requires you to kill AND SPAM MANA which is why people use medic and marksman and spam their mana abilities like crazy.
5. You can get all the medals in one single game, BUT Medal of honor has to be gotten by itself in another game.
6. The medals are displayed in the unit icon. Rank and the rank exp is displayed in the top right bar of the screen. Kinda like the dota status bar.
I was looking through the trigger editor in world editor prog for the unprotected map, but i can't make sense of it or know what the hell i am doing :[
I uploaded the map to the link above

Someone edited it so you don't need others to be in it to be able to save.
If possible could i chat with you on msn if you don't mind
Ps: a long long time ago i had the perfect notd 2 map. In under a dozen kills i got all the medals and my captain rank. Unfortunately my hard drive died so i lost it :/ Also that one i think you need others to be on for you to be able to save.
I was looking at other threads that talks about this map

MoH requires the 5th medal of either combat or support and 4th medal of other in the same game. Therefore MoH will require a minimum of 750xp (for combat way) or 745xp (for support way). Due to this requirement, it is improbable for a Heavy Support to gain a MoH in a normal game. The consensus on the best classes to use to acquire MoH is Medic and Marksman.
Additional Notes
Your earned ranks and medals are carried over to each game you play whenever you use your most recent code. Rank and medals are independent of and unaffected by the marine class you play during games.
Each medal may only be earned once. You may load your code anytime during the game, even at death. Doing so will add all gained XP during the present game with your previous cumulated XP. You will not lose any XP from this method. Some veterans may do this for the added challenge of playing Privates or to observe other players without revealing their identity/rank.
There is an XP limit for each game you play of 2,000. This limit is in place to prevent XP abuse during the Wave 9 rounding. Upon crossing the XP limit, you will not be presented a code when you type -save. It is strongly recommended that you save at 1.9k XP to allow a small margin of safety. Some players also advocate to save immediately after earning your MoH in a game as a precaution against XP limits/disconnects.
Codes are unique to player names and you cannot use the codes belonging to other players. However, codes will load for name anagrams (A word or phrase formed by reordering the letters of another word or phrase, such as satin to stain). For instance, i create an account named lezaza_ and I will be able to load my code saved under Azazel_. The ability to use anagrams can be helpful when your nickname is used in another server, but can also be used by other players who want to gain ranks illegimately. (eg. a new player creating the nickname Nutz67Deez and copying's Deez's loading code when he plays a game) This however is usually noticed immediately as ranks bring along with them certain expectations on game know-how and skills, and other players in the same game will be able to notice any discrepancies.
Your code is also independent of the server played and may be used on all servers. In order to load codes in NOTD, you must have at least 3 players present in the game. This prevents cheating in single player mode for the purpose of gaining XP.
Players may occasionally find losing their codes to be a serious issue, especially if it has been accumulated over a lengthy period of time. Among the best and most reliable places to store your code are on your Warcraft profile, your Handphone or email account. Storing your codes in multiple medias will also increase the likelihood of recovering any lost codes.
