[Qns] Help on FOREIGN language cheat activator...

hi there...as topic title, recently ive been encountering cheated maps WITH a foreign language activator...and whenever i copy the activator on a notepad and tried to use it while im in game, the words just doesnt seem to come out in game...for example the code below...

the activator is obviously "-MöÖäI"

so i was just wondering..how does one actually get the words INTO the game? thats not the only foreign language ive seen, ive seen chinese languages being used too and there is no way you can copy and paste it :/ anyone got a way around it?

you can use ctrl+c copy this active and ctrl+v to paste in game

I believe this doesn't work unless you have that language installed. I could be wrong, though, because I recall foreign language commands don't go through if you only have english version of wc3.

Upload it on google online reader. I don't remember the actual name but it works.

Wait your saying that I should copy and paste the foreign language onto google reader....and then what...? Isn't it just gonna read it for me lol...I need to know how to be able to use the command in game...problem is I can't get it in game

In the Option menu some where I recall seeing something about language settings.
I know that a friend of mine has a Russian WC3 and he can talk with other Russian people in Russian while all I see is blank text...
