This map is fulfilled and it's working. It might be something wrong you're doing. I have a screenshot to prove that I won the PVP wave and got past level 10 without errors and using cheats:

Oh I see . I try it in single player it's work fine but i try it in multiplayer with my fri it won't!

Its not working, after i used ex. -gold 500 it reverts back to zero, same as to lumber. Then after a few minutes the game disconnects. (NOTE: Multiplayer mode)
