For all I know, it was made before the 1.24 (or 1.23) bug happened and wasn't updated since (not taht I know off) So I guess, no.

The map does work with 1.24e, however once I deprotect it it no longer does. Sorry I should of made that clear earlier.

Use Ladik's MPQ (MPQ Editor) and open it in read-only mode (with brute force).

RMPQex SHOULD also work.

Ladik's MPQ editor can open it. Use that, use brute force. It'll work.
