Heroes gone after i cheated the map

Look at the size of the map you cheated, and look at the size of the original map. 7.38MB compared to 7.84MB. Haxorico's guess is likely correct in that you attempted to rebuild the MPQ but did not have a complete listfile, which ended up deleting models/textures it didn't have the path to which makes it look like some units have gone "invisible" or disappeared. What tools did you use to cheat the map?

Xdep i dont really noe but used w3m to chagne to map name

Don't use X-Dep from now on if you just want to cheat something. It'll just break the map. Just open it via MPQMaster, edit the .j file in JASSCraft. I'm not completely sure what W3M is, though, so whatever.

w3m is like mpq master (pretty sure both programs are by the same team?)
with w3m, you can search in the mpq file so changing the game name is faster

I found out that when i use xdep, it say got some unknown files and will be deleted. How do i Prevent that?

If you're just cheating the map, you don't need to use X-Dep. But, you need to have a full listfile.
