now it says error opening archive...
and with what editor should i open the extracted scripts file it looks all chaos in notepad...

to your first question try mpqeditor
as for which editor usually i use wordpad but i'd reccommend notepad++

You can also use JASSCraft to view. It's much nicer format if that's what you want.

There is also a jass plugin for notepad++ but I still prefer jasscraft
