Have a little problem by creating a forum [like yours].
Anyone can teach/help me to create vb forum?
Actually we have created forum [phpBB] we want to make it [vB]

Im pretty sure You have to Pay to create a vBulletin Forum site or at least to get a license to Use their Style(ithink?)
also Im pretty sure this site isnt vBulletin since it says its a phpBB forum at the bottom.. o.o
