xDep not working.

xdep fails on all maps I use it on.
It gives this error:

Fatal Error: Failed to extract mpq archive mymap.w3x
sfmpq.exe or sfmpq.dll are missing or damaged.

I re-downloaded from wc3edit.net, and nothing changed.

Does anything know whats going on?
EDIT: The map is also not corrupt. It opened fine with mpqmaster.

Check if it reads the ini file from elsewhere.

Edit: Try a dota map.

George is drunk.. Don't try it on a melee map. Try it on a default melee map from your TFT folder..
Post here the .ini also.
P.S: Run as administrator?

I downloaded it from wc3edit.net. Just try the ini from there.
I did try on dota. Same.
I ran as administrator, same.

Im am not drunk you idiot. There are times where the ini is being registed externally.

Try to alter any of the ini settings to see if it has any difference: ie: map input name.

I changed input name and still got the error.

Maybe you uninstalled some plugins. Like you uninstalled war3 and some dlls got damaged or i have no clue. A clean zip of xdep is supposed to work -_-

Nah, I didn't uninstall wc3. Plus, it doesn't need wc3's dlls to function - it has its own.
Yeah thats really messed up o_O. Maybe it'll randomly start working again later like my mpq tools did lol.

Lets see whats easier.. Deprotecting an almost 8mb map with over 1000 files that need extracting (that takes about 1 sec for xdep per file * 1000.. long time) that is protected by some tools.
Or trying to deprotect a small map with no files added? Hmm I wonder..

Back to topic:
In the x-dep make look for the mapname.w3x.temp folder (map name is w/e map you have)
If it isn't there. Try extracting all te files using RMPQEx or mpqView or some other tool to extract files. And then deprotected (make sure it wont delete the temp folder on startup)
