Is there a hack that would do so?
I know its easy to get past garena's securities...

Most likely not. It's more likely that it's just a command that a certain player color could use (for example, maybe only Red player has cheats)

You need to look harder for the commands in the map. Use your search function to check your jass file for "." as it's most likely triggered to look for that "." before checking the rest of the command. Most likely its a modified JJ's CP as -g and -l are default commands. If you still can't, post the map here and we'll see about it.
