can someone teach me how to make a rune notifier in warcraft that i need to type to activate the cheat ... i mean i need to message the command to make it activate... thank you!!

How about just reveal the 2 places on the map where runes spawn?
That, it seems, would be the easiest.

can you teach me how??? coz i would like to make that one with an activator ... for exampe i would type "-on" then it will on and to off "-off"

When a player types -on (Event)
Create enabled visibility modifier on (Region where rune is)
Create enabled visibility modifier on (Region where rune 2 is)
