a) Use MPQVIEW and extract only war3map.j (or scripts/war3map.j)
b) Rebuild the MPQArchive as stated on the Advanced Cheating Tutorial

Why would you want only war3map.j
Your map will have 0 models, 0 imported stuffs and I don't think it will even work without some of the war3map.xxx files

Thats is true, just get a complete listfile.

Edit: I mean grab from the ones we already have here.
