Cheat activator is nothing?

I have come across lots of hacked maps, most of them had the cheat activator set as "" nothing.

What I'm asking is that, is there a way to activate the cheats without using that activator? Or can you somehow activate it?

Most of them are activated by name. Only spoofing will enable the cheats for you.
