When you have atleast 100 lumber you can use -stat, then a dialog box with 4 possible options will appear, first one will spend 100 lumber into 1 strength, second one into agility, third one into intelligence and last one is to cancel the stat selection.

Keep in mind that in this map -stat command is not enabled yet, if you want the right map then:
