Re: Fully Deprotect?
Open it with the old MPQ Editor (Sorry, don't know where to find it any more. I'll upload it if you don't have it) it should have the option to force open as MPQ. Extract all files from this and put them in another directory, then remake mpq.

Re: Fully Deprotect?
They used MPQ Recover or some other listfile recovery tool on the maps and just compiled the entries with everyone else's.

Re: Fully Deprotect?
Also there is a private tool that can get a full listfile from any map no matter how hard its corrupted.
I don't see how this belongs into triggering\editing as it belongs to deprotection section.
If you still have anymore questions feel free to ask, but as for the listfile. As far as I know, there can never be a listfile declaring it has ALL the files from all maps, as any map can make files with unique names. So you constantly need to use tools like RMPQEx to give you the listfile and tell you if you have all the files for the specified map.

Re: Fully Deprotect?
well o.o that private tool alone cant do it
i heard from owner that it just despazzes xP
and....i was thinking that someone might have generated all combinations up the the max length of the file names and the diff file types plus, the blizzard req ones (like the w3_) files
but....now that i think of it .....that'd be over a trillion file names >.>
that would be a biiiiiig listfile >.>
and lol opps for wrong section xD
habit

Re: Fully Deprotect?
Private listfile recovery and MPQ View can do it...
Except that my firewall detects it as a virus and removes it

Re: Fully Deprotect?
You are right on 1 part tough, MPQEditor can check each and every possibilty using Name-Breaker. Good luck waiting for it to check each and every combination
