How to change the number of players in map?

How can I change the number of players that could join a map?

Example: Changing a 4v4 map to 6v6?

Unless its a melee map. There would probably be alot of triggers you would need to change to make the game playable by that many people.

Are you trying to apply it on a new map YOU ARE MAKING with world editor.
Or on a protected map using other tools such as MPQEditors and extracted files?

As far as I know, you need to open the map in World Editor. go to Scenario > Player Proporties and select the players you want to be playable.
If the map is un-openable in WE then deprotect it.

There should be another way to do it from the "outside" of the map using extracted files, tough I don't know which file as I never attempted doing so.

Don't mean to argue but \=
Sure.. That will give an extra slot in the lobby. But triggers which check for player slots wont be able to work for the newly added slots. Then you have to place a starting location,set player alliances,visions etc.
But please do correct me if I'm wrong. And sorry for the trouble

I cant find a reason not to remove it o_o. And the tittle is just >_>. No credits for the creator of the cheat pack? Asking for donations even then? Mods aren't really bothering don't click me some of the member's seem to have some common sense though.

I doubt DotA 6v6 is that easy to make from scratch anyway
