I have a problem though.

When I use -modify it does not always show up correctly and sometimes its fine. Any ideas?

place the function main part (not locals) below whats already placed by the map maker and -modify wont have that problem, othrwise deal with it, what happens is hard to explain, but you jsut hit enter the first few times exploring around and it sort of fixes itself... not sure why it does that, but as i said placing function main details below fixes it for me.

Ok heres my problamo. AFTER i do every thing and im supposed to open it in mpq master which is like step 7 it doesnt show up so like when i get done doin main functions (skip the optionals) what do i do from, there???

im not 100% sure i understand exactly what youre saying, but, if you mean you cant find the .j/.wts then.... that doesnt make sense, how did you do function main and all that beforehand? please go more in-depth with the problem if Im wrong.. otherwise, use a damn listfile like you must have before.

*sigh* ok heres the deal after i do all the main functions and globals and etc. I have to open it in mpq master after i save it with jass but when i go to open it in mpq master it doesnt appear and yet when i browse through my computer not in mpq its ther 0.o so uh yah
