Lol. America has lots of dumb rules and laws. Like there's a law in my state that says you can't bring a lion into a movie theater. And if you get drunk in a club you're fine, just don't go outside on the streets and start doing things.

And public intox isn't the only misdemeanor. He could have painted some buildings...stolen something, stuff like that. The not-so-serious things. I just said public intox because George would have been arrested for it many times .

Actually, Lanoob, you can get charged with Battery by just touching someone. It's not just assault, although, it is generally harmful touching. Battery is classified as unlawful (offensive) touching. You could push someone and be charged with battery; you don't necessarily need to attack them.
