Alright, hold on. How do you plan to install anything on it if it's going to infect your computer the instant it gets turned on? I think the first step is to find a better AntiVirus that can protect against it, then wiping the drive, and then you're done.

it disable auto run on USB disc. I am not sure if any anti virus software has that feature. If anti virus software has that feature then it's ok. Somehow the antivirus software I got doesn't have that feature. That's why I need it. I don't know why we need to discuss about it. People don't click me it for certain reasons. And its surely has its market for certain reasons.

Doesn't windows ask you whether to run the autorun.ini? I haven't used windows for ages, but I think the Vista preinstalled on my laptop always asked me.
Don't pm me with Warcraft questions, this is a forum so just make a post!

Couldn't you have just disabled autorun before you inserted the USB drive?

Click Start, click Run, type Gpedit.msc in the Open box, and then click OK.
Under Computer Configuration, expand Administrative Templates, and then click System.
In the Settings pane, right-click Turn off Autoplay, and then click Properties.
