You use MPQEditor, that should fix it. its basicly like mpqmaster but better
If that doesnt work, rebuild the mpq then open it.

Have you open'd it in "Read-Only" mode? If so you cannot add/delete files. Try rebuilding the MPQ, the guide is posted on sticky.
