just make 2 integers variables, 1 for yes 1 for no.
if a player said -yes then make the yes variable get +1
or make 1 integer variable and if some one says -no it gets -1
when it reach X (you choose) the player will be kicked...

or you want the whole trigger done?

I want the press -kick
There will be a table like in the picture above for people who want to kick someone
They voted type -yes or -no
when the number 4 is yes, then if the players will kick off time voting
A command -kick for everyone
