Please help me remove the -ohmza* activator and change the activator such that the cheat will only activate when the player's username is imbastar or I.Hack

You dont need CA In title, Just put JJCP

I think it is not necessary.

You can type -ohmza* , then faster type -act (the code you want).
Eg : -act haha
Then , if you do not want to change the activator , activate the JJCP then type -cheatoff (number)
Eg : -cheatoff 01
-cheatoff 02
