How to import CUSTOM ITEM in DOTA map

Post by jbdirecto »

I used to create my own custom items (heroes as well) in an unprotected map

But, in a protected map like DOTA  ...that's another thing

Can u shed me some light 'bout this matter? I'll greatly appreciate it.
Thanx :D !

Basically you export the items of dota into a blank map and insert the item. Then save and replace the w3t file into the w3x map file with some sort of MPQ editor.
