I've been trying to figure out how to find the job 1 testers, I've been using the hacked maps and Im wondering, does the invisible testers come out after I use the true sight potion? Or they dont cause Im using a hacked map?

Type -shareall and you're now able to see the invisible testers. If you only type -mh it doesn't let you see it.

Does anyone have a v 1.2 or does anyone know what the -spawn code is for the Magician's Quest item to get job2?

Should be I02L or I04W.
One of them is the Dark Bible and the other one's the job-paper-thingy.

What are the secret items? and what ones have lifesteal?

There are godly items (from a MVP)
And the secret fountains which give +50 stats, No Secret/Godly item has lifesteal however,
And I doubt Trinity ORPG still works on patch

And these secret fountains.... they bloody suck, and the Godly items turn out alright. Lifesteal.. I guess it's not worth it then.

Assassin Cross has it but not good enough to handle Baphomet. this sucks..Oh well, full godly gear isn't bad
