Best Autorefresh?

What is the best Auto refresh available?
And is it an invisible autorefresh?

Banlist has an autorefresh. I've been using Banlist but I haven't gotten banned yet. It's not invisible. It shows a yellow apple.
VCK has an autorefresh, that I personally like because with a hotkey you can make it refresh when you want. But it has a name (But you can change it to 12 different names if you want).
I don't know if ShadowFrench's Autorefresh still works on the current patch. But I don't suggest you use it.
But, there are no "best" autorefreshers. They all work the same way. As far as I know, Banlist would be my recommendation because I haven't gotten banned yet. As for VCK, I hear it is bannable, but again, I used it for a while and I love how I could change the names of the autorefresh, but it is claimed to be bannable. No, it has names.

Only silent refresh I know of is in TFT Local, and I dunno if that works anymore.
