I laugh so hard...
From the "local integer zzz=0" untill "call Init2S2Raw()" is the part of under function main.
BUT~! When there is a "local weathereffect we" there, you must put the "local integer zzz=0" untill "call Init2S2Raw()" under the "local weathereffect we".

I cheated this map w/o any problems.
so it's up to you that you fail hard.
First part: under globals.
second part: under endglobals.
third part: under Function main / under locals if there are any
